Humaid Yousuf Al-Ajmani

Humaid Yousuf Al-Ajmani is a Committee Member at the Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Leadership Program. Since 2013, Mr Al-Ajmani has served as Head of the Business Transformation Office at Etisalat UAE, helping to shape the telecommunications giant’s corporate strategy and develop its long term business transformation plan. He has been responsible for guiding the department’s business operations modernisation to help cope with shifts in the market environment.

He was previously on the company’s Care Strategic Development Program, being selected from the top high potential employees to working alongside McKinsey & Company, the global management consultancy, in leading initiatives to transform Etisalat’s customer experience. He comes with long experience in the company’s ‘Mobile Network Operations’ and ‘Operation & Maintenance Center-Radio’ departments.

Mr Al-Ajmani has also been closely involved in social work: he is co-founder and board member of the Al-Ajmani Charity Foundation, established in Ajman in 2013. His passion on the social contribution derived him to developed several workshops on emotional intelligence and personnel development and also delivered TedTalk in TedxAjman on the subject of “Change begins from within”, illustrating a self-story of personal development to motivate young people and new college graduates.

He was selected by Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi to be a committee member of the ALP in 2014/15 after spending a year voluntarily helping to design and run the program. Mr Al-Ajmani holds Master of Science in Engineering Systems Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the American University of Sharjah. He is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in Pennsylvania, USA.

Engineer Marwan Bin Ghalita is the Chief Executive Officer of RERA in Dubai, which is responsible for organizing and equipping the Emirate’s real estate environment. Moreover, he is part of the Government Advisory Board of the Federal National Council. He has gradated in a variety of positions during his work in the Land Department and contributed to developing and implementing the strategy of the real estate market in the Emirate of Dubai. He has chaired and participated in many of the specialized committees drafting Dubai’s real estate laws.

Engineer Marwan has received many awards and honours, and was selected in the list of 500 most influential Arab figures in 2012, where he was honoured with the award for Best Administrative Officer at the level of Dubai Government in 2007. He has also received a completion certificate from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Program for young leadership development and Government leadership development. He has participated – and still participates – in several committees within the strategy of the Dubai government team, including the Economic Commission of the Government of Dubai, the financial crises committee, the Urban Planning committee, the Geographic Information Systems committee and the Land Affairs committee.

Engineer Marwan has also contributed to the knowledge transfer of real estate management by representing the Emirate as a speaker at numerous conferences and seminars, regional and international – including the Economic Forum in Germany and Japan, and the real estate investment conferences in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Turkey. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering from Fresno University (California, United States).

He is also founder and associate member of many professional associations:

  • President of the Middle East and North Africa real estate (MENRES)
  • Vice President of the American Society of real estate organizations (ARELLO)
  • Member of UAE Engineers Society
  • Member of Asia real estate association (APREA)
  • Arab Organization for Real Estate Appraisal (AAF)
  • Membership in the International WHO’S WHO Historical Society.

Inas Abu Shashieh is a Committee Member at the Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Leadership Program. She is also the Program Director, drawing upon her considerable experience designing and delivering various projects targeting young people in the Arab region.

Mrs Abu Shashieh is an experienced project manager in the management consultancy industry, internationally certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI. Since 2013, she has been Corporate Services Director at Ajman Holding. In this role, she has held numerous responsibilities: establishing the company’s corporate services to its subsidiaries, establishing policies and procedures, defining potential investment opportunities and evaluating them to the Board of Directors, and overseeing the rebranding of the company’s subsidiaries, among others. Prior to her current role, Mrs Abu Shashieh was PMO Manager at Ajman, coming to the company after serving as Project Manager at Compass Rose. Before that, she served as Gender Integration, Workforce and Youth Development Specialist at the USAID Economic Development Project, designing a Labour Force Study in the Mafraq governorate in Jordan, and managing grants for women’s and youth’s organisations. She has also worked at Shabakat Al Ordon / NetCorps Jordan as a Project Manager, at the USAID AMIR Program as a Consultant, and at the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology.

Mrs Abu Shashieh graduated from the Princess Sumaya University of Technology with a BA in Computer Science, attaining an Excellent grade. She was awarded Princess Sumya's award for Distinguished Students in 2005, and the King Abduallah Award for Distinguished Student in IT (Higher Council of Youth, in Amman, Jordan) in 2004.

Ms. Suaad Al Zaabi

Suaad Al Zaabi graduated from University of Sharjah with Bachelor in Nursing Science, she then continued to complete her Masters in Quality Management at the University of Wollongong in Dubai. Suaad worked in Ministry of Health for several years as a director of nursing. Suaad graduated from the UAE Government leadership program in 2008 Suaad was also the lead trainer of "leadership For Change program" for more than five years. Moving in her career to the field of Quality and Strategic Management, Suaad worked at Ajman Police as quality and excellence specialist, and currently works at Ajman Land and Property department as Director of strategy and excellence office. In addition, Suaad is a certified assessor in Quality Awards at local and federal levels, she has participated in assessing many awards such as Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Award. The latest career highlight is leading customer services development team to implement the 7 Stars Rating standards for government. The team achieved the 5 star rating for land and property service center in 2016.
